A simple, intentional phrase can help you pause, reflect and prioritize your needs without the guilt. Believe me, it can make a world of difference to anchor yourself with something so simple yet so powerful.

What Is a People-Pleasing Affirmation, Anyway?

An affirmation is a short, intentional statement you repeat to yourself to shift your mindset, ground your thoughts, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
